I got a competitive quote for closing my pool. Their crew were very professional, timely and did an excellent job. Their communication was spot on and left my place clean after each days work. Based on my experience I would highly recommend SMI.

I didn't wind up using SMI, but as I was having a hard time getting anyone to actually bid and start work, I asked them. They were the only firm who came over quickly and gave me a very fair bid for beginning two weeks later. I can't complain about the time, because when everyone is busy the guys who are in demand are usually the best. But just after they bid, another contractor who had delayed showed up and started. All I can say is that SMI was responsive and professional beyond what the others were. I'd call them if I had the same sort of work, which was concrete demo/removal.

We recently had SMI demo and remove (piece by piece!) a 10,000 gallon metal storage tank on our property that was destroyed during the recent storm. I can't say enough about the professionalism of all of the SMI folks, including Marcos and Eddie. Eddie was the immediate supervisor of this difficult job, and he was efficient, very considerate and just great overall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SMI to anyone !!!!

I contacted Marcos for demolishing and removing an old concrete patio. The quote was very fair and they were even able to do the work the next day. The access to the area was tricky, but it was no issue for Marcos and the team. They did a great job, and left the area very clean. It looked so much better than I thought it would. I highly recommend SMI Demolition!

SMI Demolition was amazing. They undertook a large excavation project at my residence. The project was complex and they were able to handle it when others could not. The crew is very friendly and hardworking. I can not recommend them enough.

After some back and forth I reached an agreement with SMI. They really tried to locate a few panels of fencing and I appreciate that effort. The crew worked really hard and I'm looking forward to doing some planting and landscaping in Spring. My swimming pool was such a green disaster I thought I would never see it gone. Thanks Marcos and Mike for getting this done for me. I'm a happy customer.

SMI did a wonderful job demolishing our house and swimming pool. I would highly recommended and definitely use them again in the future.

these guys are great! it's so nice to work with a contractor that does things right the first time. they show up on time and cleanup when they are done. and their prices are great. they are an A+ in my book!

We just hired SMI to remove our detached garage. They were very prompt on all calls and appointments. More than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Marcos was very accommodating to our scheduling needs. Crew was early on time and adhering to COVID 19 restrictions. They were very careful not to disrupt anything else on the property. They did an amazing job of clean up after and were sure to check in if anything else was needed. Part of the demolition included removal of cement. During the process we realized we wanted to add a couple of other pieces of cement to be removed from the property. I called Marcos and he promptly gave me a reasonable price and added these to the job. I would definitely rehire again.
